About this role

Your Impact at LILA As the Head of Software Product you will serve as the primary architect of our software product strategy. You will lead the development of our “Agentic Superscience” software—the foundational platform designed to reinvent the scientific method through AI. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue & Product Officer, you will be responsible for transforming complex scientific workflows into a scalable, world-class software ecosystem. You will set the roadmap, build the processes, and the culture necessary to deliver Lila’s most critical competitive advantage.
