About this role
Your Impact at LILA
Origins is Lila's company and asset creation arm, where Lila's partners can turn scientific vision into molecules, materials, and real-world ventures. As a Senior Associate on the Origins team, you will work directly with leadership to evaluate and advance scientific opportunities. You will build analytical frameworks, partner-facing materials, and financial models that underpin how we identify, structure, and pursue these opportunities. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to be close to consequential decisions at one of the most ambitious scientific companies in the world.
