Your Impact at LILA Lila Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Capacity Planning to join the team as the company moves from research into commercial-scale operations. You will own the models, processes, and cross-functional rhythms that translate demand from go-to-market commitments partnerships into the delivery and operational capacity required to meet it profitably. Capacity planning is the connective tissue between what we sell and what we can deliver. Done well, it lets Lila commit confidently to customers and partners, invest ahead of demand without waste, and grow the commercial business on a sound operational footing.
