About this role
The Compliance Specialist supports Lincoln's Licensing/Brokerage team in managing the day-to-day monitoring, renewal, and administration of real estate licenses across the Lincoln platform. This role is essential to keeping pace with a growing volume of license applications, renewals, and monitoring requirements, and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and disciplined follow-up to meet regulatory deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate salesperson and broker license applications, renewals, amendments, and reciprocal licenses across the states where Lincoln operates. Monitor license expiration dates, continuing education deadlines, and regulatory filing deadlines to prevent lapses in active licensure.…
