Deine Aufgaben In dieser Rolle sorgst du eigenverantwortlich dafür, dass die Produktion stabil und effizient läuft und alle Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Leistungsziele eingehalten werden. Du überwachst und steuerst die Montageanlagen, optimierst die Abläufe kontinuierlich und unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Arbeitsalltag fachlich. Außerdem bringst du dich aktiv bei Verbesserungen ein, findest Lösungen bei Problemen und hilfst dabei, unsere Produktionsziele nachhaltig zu erreichen.…
