Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced, resourceful Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage strong talent for technology and specialized business roles supporting leading technology organizations. You will partner closely with our Director of Talent Solutions to turn hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies, connect with candidates, and support daily recruiting operations. This includes managing incoming job requests, creating and posting job descriptions, and keeping candidate pipelines organized and moving forward.
