- We're looking for our Founding Talent Acquisition hire to build our recruiting machine and scale our technical and GTM teams across NYC, SF, and Paris.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a top-tier Founding Recruiter to join our team and work hand-in-hand with our founders. This is our first recruiting hire, and you will own how Linkup hires as we scale across the US and France.
Your core responsibilities will be to:
- Own full-cycle recruiting end to end, from sourcing to close, across both GTM and engineering
- Build Linkup's recruiting engine from scratch: sourcing playbooks, interview loops, scorecards, and ATS hygiene…
