Als Werkstudent:in im Recruiting (f/m/d) wirst du Teil unseres People & Culture Teams und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Talent, Business und Wachstum. Du unterstützt LIQID dabei, die besten Talente zu gewinnen, führst eigene Interviews und hilfst mit, unsere Recruiting-Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
Die Position ist ab September 2026 zu besetzen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- End-to-End Recruiting: Begleite den gesamten Recruiting Prozess von der Ausschreibung bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
- Active Sourcing: Identifiziere und begeistere spannende Kandidat:innen über LinkedIn & Co.…
