Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join Manchester City Council's South Family Help Service for its client. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking service that is at the forefront of the DfE Families First Reforms. As a test-and-learn site for these reforms, the service is playing a key role in shaping the future of family support and safeguarding practice, including the development of the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT). As Team Manager, you will lead a team of 2 Advanced Practitioners and 4 Social Workers, supporting high-quality practice across Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, Care Proceedings and Adoption work.…
