About this role
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adults Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team based in Blackpool.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to coordinate support and safeguard wellbeing.
Maintain accurate case records, manage caseloads effectively, and ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities and safeguarding protocols.
