Dealership: L0241 Volkswagen of Salem Volkswagen of Salem Sales Representative Pay: Commission-based pay plan with incentives. Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.
