About this role

We're searching for a Senior Affiliate Partnership Manager to own the day-to-day performance of Bold's affiliate channel and move it to a data-driven, in-house model. You'll take over partner management, run a roster of roughly 3,000 partners across Impact.com, Commission Junction, and Everflow, and build the onboarding, reporting, and review processes the program needs to scale. This is an analytical, operator role: you'll read the numbers, find what's driving them, and work with partners on concrete improvements. AI tools are central to how this team works, and you'll use them every day.
