About this role

🌱 We're Growing Our NETA Cultivation Team! Multiple Openings Available Location: Franklin, MA Start Date: October 12th, 2026 Pay Rate: $17.35 per hour (flat rate per union contract, not negotiable) Schedule & Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, rotating schedule with a 4 day work week and a 10 hour work day Week 1 Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday Week 2 Schedule: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Grow Your Career with Parallel Are you passionate about plants, agriculture, and being part of a fast-growing industry?
