Position Summary The Country Manager - Vietnam is accountable for the strategic leadership, organizational performance, and long-term development of Living Spaces’ Vietnam office. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Sourcing and Compliance, this role sets in-country direction, aligns resources with approved business plans, develops functional leaders, and represents the company with suppliers, factories, employees, government authorities, and business partners. The Country Manager leads through the Senior Manager, Operations and other functional leaders, while retaining accountability for strategy, priorities, organization design, budgets, major decisions, risk escalation, and overall in-country results.…
