Sales Training Supervisor

Position Summary ​ The primary role of the Sales Training Supervisor is to teach, train, and develop the team to be proficient in their role. This will enable their team to exceed the targeted revenue budget while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction as measured by guest surveys. To accomplish this, the Sales Training Supervisors will maintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency process so that they understand how their contributions impact their team and store performance.
