Wellbeing Coordinator

Position Summary The Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that support the total wellbeing of employees. This role will help foster a culture of wellbeing and inclusion, and engagement by aligning wellbeing programming with organization values (e.g. DEI), employee needs, and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is creative, empathetic, highly organized, and passionate about employee wellbeing.
