Als Senior Software Engineer und Lead Engineer nimmst du eine Schlüsselposition ein: Du stellst die Weichen für Solution Architecture, Software Engineering und DevOps, arbeitest dabei stark hands -on und baust perspektivisch das interne Kernteam weiter mit aus. Du steuerst und überwachst zusätzlich externe Freelancer und Software-Agenturen in der DACH-Region und im Nearshore -Umfeld, um unsere Skalierung sicherzustellen.…
