Project Controls Manager Positional Summary The Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, training, and auditing all project controls. The project controls activities include oversight of all items part of the project lifecycle after award: project kickoff, project setup, project tracking, contract management, change order control, project billing, project reporting, project forecasting, and project closeout.
