Technical Sourcer – Hardware

Wanna join the adventure? We’re looking for a Technical Sourcer with a strong background in hardware and engineering talent identification to support Loft Orbital’s growing hiring needs on a six-month contract, with the possibility of extension. In this remote role, you’ll focus on proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly specialized engineering talent for some of our most challenging positions. You’ll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies, map competitive talent markets, and connect with exceptional passive candidates across hardware engineering disciplines.
