The Role: In this role of PWS Team Assistant , you will support the PWS teams based in Asia in their daily tasks and contribute to Personal Work Solutions projects & Innovation activities. You will help the team with critical administrative tasks, sample management and other office related duties. You will coordinate meetings and arrange logistics for events (virtual, on/off site, in HK, Shanghai/Suzhou and Taiwan). You will provide high level executive support for the PWS LT members. You will assist for any tasks related to the staff based in the AP region (new hire, admin support, travel arrangements) and during LT visits in Asia.…
