As HR Business Partner Lead, you’ll manage and develop a distributed team of five HRBPs operating across three regions - while staying close to the work yourself. This is a player-coach role: you’ll set the standard for what great HRBP work looks like at Loka, partner directly with senior leaders and ensure global HR frameworks land effectively across very different local contexts.…
