About this role

Evening Supervisor – Caseys Londis in Ballina Co. Mayo. We are seeking a dedicated person to join our award-winning store in the heart of Ballina. As an evening supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening operations of the store. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in the retail sector. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization abilities. Familiarity with safety compliance, cash handling, and basic computer tasks. This is a full time position, 40hrs – 5 days a week (including weekends rotated) The Role: Guide, train, and motivate the evening team to meet performance standards.
