About this role
Supermac’s Ballina are now hiring a Lobby Assistant to join their team. The Lobby Assistant assists the overall Manager in the smooth running of the lobby / seating area, dealing with the day to day operations, people management and all aspects associated with successfully running the lobby area in a fast-paced environment. The Lobby Assistant greets and facilitates the customer experience by maintaining an efficient customer flow and informing customers of menu options, the latest promotion offerings, and communicating feedback from customers.
