Role will lead a team of 9 to 10 FTEs, driving late stage development, process characterization and viral clearance activities. Role is responsible for coaching and developing team members, project management, risk and escalation management, optimizing resources, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery with high levels of customer satisfaction.
