The actual location of this job is in Basel Tower or Visp in Switzerland. Reporting to the Value Stream Lead, the Process Delivery Lead acts as the IT business partner to Engineering. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and automation. The roles is also responsible for the delivery, operation, support, and continuous improvement of IT services, applications, and solutions in Engineering. As the Primary IT business partner the Lonza engineering department, the role is responsible for aligning technology capabilities with business priorities, driving operational excellence, managing demand, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, enhancements, and service improvements.…
