The Process Excellence Specialist is the Operational Excellence lead for assigned Supply Chain areas and drives structured continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through verified sustainment. The role establishes clear problem statements, baselines, KPIs, root-cause analyses, action plans, ownership and timelines, and ensures that agreed actions are completed and deliver measurable results. Working in a matrix organization, the role leads Supply Chain initiatives and supports cross-functional projects by mobilizing the most suitable subject-matter experts while retaining project governance and momentum.…
