About this role

Location: Vacaville, California This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. Within the Vacaville Supply Chain organization, the Supervisor for Weigh and Kitting manages a shift of direct reports who are responsible for executing weigh/kitting operations in support of Lonza Vacaville manufacturing operations. The Supervisor will ensure that the team is trained, capable and meets current and future customer demand in a safe, high quality, compliant, reliable and cost-effective manner.
