About this role

Workday Functional Support Specialist Role Purpose The Workday Functional Support Specialist will be part of the Digital HR (DHR) team and serve as a primary point of contact for Workday users across the organization. This role is responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining data integrity, supporting configuration activities, developing reporting solutions, and ensuring the effective operation of Workday HCM modules. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders to deliver a seamless user experience and continuous system improvement.
