About this role
The Senior Manager, Quality & Safety–India is a hands-on, player-coach responsible for developing a small Quality team while personally executing Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality Engineering activities. The role requires direct engagement across manufacturing, inspection, and supplier locations, including supplier audits, 8D/CAPA investigations, defect analysis, cross-functional issue resolution, and communication of quality performance and risk to senior leadership. This position is not intended to operate primarily through delegation or administrative oversight. Quality and Supplier Quality are the primary responsibilities of this position.…
