The Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. (“Loram”) Assistant General Counsel, Legal & Compliance, reporting to the company’s Chief Legal Officer & Chief Compliance Officer, is responsible for providing independent, strategic, and practical legal counsel on a variety of complex domestic and international issues.
