About this role

Job Title: Total Rewards Analyst FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Human Resources Reports to: Manager, Total Rewards GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The Total Rewards Analyst provides operational and analytical support for Loram's compensation and benefits programs. The role is responsible for supporting compensation administration, market pricing activities, incentive and merit processes, benefits administration, data audits, reporting, and program communications. The position partners closely with Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and Human Resources teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient delivery of Total Rewards programs and services. This position provides backup support for workers' compensation and leave administration activities as required.…
