Ben jij een enthousiaste student Nederlands recht aan het eind van je bachelor of het begin van je master en heb je interesse in een werkstudentschap bij het Class Actions team bij de Expertise Group Dispute Resolution? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Onze class actions praktijk bestrijkt een breed scala aan onderwerpen waarover onze advocaten adviseren en procederen. Denk aan collectieve acties over (internationale) geschillen over commerciële contracten, corporate governance en financial litigation, waarbij vaak ook de nodige IPR-vragen (rechtsmacht, toepasselijk recht) spelen. Het team is bijvoorbeeld betrokken (geweest) bij de collectieve actie over de Libor-affaire, dieselzaken, Airbus en andere collectieve procedures die recent in het nieuws zijn geweest.…
