About this role
The GP Accountant supports Lincoln’s real estate investment portfolio at the upper-tier (general partner) level. This role is distinct from, but works in close coordination with, the accountants responsible for accounting at the joint venture and property level. The GP Accountant is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of day-to-day accounting and quarterly financial reporting for assigned upper-tier Lincoln entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal processes across the formation, predevelopment, development, and operating stages of each investment.
