About this role
We are looking for a skilled Area Building Engineer to perform technical and mechanical functions related to the property's plant and equipment in order to achieve energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, and engineering services to the building and its tenants. This person will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of all assigned buildings in the area.
This is a 2pm-10pm, Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday shift.
Responsibilities:
Comply with all EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules, requirements, procedures and industry and Company safety guidelines.
Perform all necessary preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control and building management systems; conduct monthly maintenance inspections as assigned and completing them on time…
