About this role
The Construction Manager’s role is to manage the construction of tenant finish out and capital improvement projects from conception to completion with direct responsibility for in budget on schedule projects within a multi-site medical office building portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as leader on each project to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the scope of work
Review the project in-depth to understand deliverables, schedule, and costs
Oversee construction projects to monitor progress, design adherence, and compliance with building and safety regulations
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Prepare bid invitations and qualify bids…
