About this role
Are you passionate about supporting employees through some of the most personal moments of their careers? We are seeking a Benefits Specialist, Leave of Absence to manage the majority of our approximately 400 leave cases each year from intake through return to work. You will determine eligibility, track certifications, and coordinate with Payroll and our disability and workers' compensation carriers to ensure employees are paid accurately and their benefits continue without interruption. You will be the steady point of contact for employees and managers throughout the leave process, maintain compliant case files, and stay ahead of changing federal, state, and local leave laws.…
