About this role
The IT PMO owns the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing lifecycle of one or more of Lincoln's core technology platforms supporting property management, asset management, leasing, and development operations. This role partners directly with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into product requirements, prioritizes enhancements and releases based on business value, and ensures the platforms in their portfolio remain reliable and continue to evolve with the business. Unlike project work with a defined end date, the IT PMO owns the platform on an ongoing basis, well beyond go-live.
