About this role

As an LPC Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team that manages one or more assets to provide client deliverables and customer service to building tenants to help maintain and increase the value of the asset. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support all administrative requirements of the building management office, including management of communications systems, work order system, filing systems, and production and distribution of tenant notices. Process and code invoices for payment using various company or client systems; collect utility invoices to ensure timely payment. Assist with preparation of accurate tenant billings and coordinate data collection for operating expense reconciliations.…
