About this role
Please note: this is a 12-month contract position with expectations to be Onsite 5 days/week. (exceptions to WFH occasionally upon manager approval)
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of LTA’s recruiting process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate and hiring-manager logistics, maintaining recruiting data and documentation, and ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience. The role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep recruiting activities organized, timely, and accurate.
