THE ROLE
We're hiring our first Ops Associate. You are the voice of Lucis to our members and the face of Lucis to our labs.
What you'll own:
- The member experience
- Direct ticket handling across email, chat, and phone — you're on the queue
- Macro library, tone guide, CSAT/NPS tracking, QA of outgoing replies
- De-escalation of sensitive health conversations
- The lab partner portfolio (owned)…
