LucyRx is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to support our Las Vegas operations. Based in our Las Vegas office five days per week, this role is the day-to-day HR partner for four culinary pharmacies and our local PBM operational staff. The HR Generalist owns Luminary onboarding, recruits and interviews local pharmacy and pharmacy support talent, manages employee relations matters, rolls out enterprise HR initiatives locally, and serves as the first point of contact for Luminaries with tier one benefit questions.
