About this role
Position Objective:
Provides expert data analytical support for nursing quality, nursing research initiatives, and system-wide quality improvement efforts across Luminis Health (LH). Promotes high-quality, evidence-based nursing care throughout the system by facilitating the adoption of best practices and utilizing nursing outcome measures to drive improvements in patient care. Collaborates with the System Director of Professional Practice/ANCC Accreditation to design, implement, and evaluate nursing quality improvement plans and initiatives. Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in nursing quality, nursing peer review, evidence-based practice (EBP) projects, and nursing research.…
