Position Objective:
This position is responsible for general supervision of residents and their activities, milieu management, and facilitation of group meetings. Additionally, this position may serve as an assistant to the Adventure Therapist or as a primary counselor for a limited number of Pathways inpatients. As an assistant to the Adventure Therapist, the employee will be provided with applicable training and certification. As a primary counselor, the employee will provide assessment, case management, counseling, collaborative treatment planning, and discharge planning to adults with primary substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.…
