We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Therapist Enrollment Associate I to join our Credentialling team. In this role, you will manage standard onboarding workflows to facilitate physical therapist enrollment across Luna's contracted payers and partner networks. Working closely with external insurance carriers and internal teams, you will review provider credentials, prepare application packets, maintain accurate database records, and track enrollment progress to ensure complete, compliant, and timely credentialing.
