About the Positions We’re seeking Quality Managers to support large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (bus and rail), aviation (international airports), and water/wastewater projects delivered through both traditional and alternative delivery methods. These positions run the quality assurance program. You’ll set the standard, audit whether committed quality control plans are actually being followed, and make sure nonconformances get closed instead of carried. Luster’s own quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified, so the framework you work inside is audited rather than sitting in a binder.
