POSITION OVERVIEW: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to providing documents for onboarding, to ensure Ozeol attracts and hires top talent. They work closely with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Assistants to optimize the hiring process and maintain a high standard of candidate experience. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and structured reporting on recruitment activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
