About the Role Our Austin office is home to more than 150 team members, including several company executives, and it's growing. We're hiring an Onsite IT Support Specialist to be the face of IT in that office every single day: the person people turn to when a laptop won't connect, when a new hire needs a machine ready to go, or when the office needs to open its doors in the morning.
