About PURPOSE OF THE JOB The incumbent is required to execute marketing initiatives for new product launches, grow brand awareness and market share. She/He will be responsible for Make-Up category (Dior Addict, Rouge Dior, Dior Forever, Backstage…). She/He will also be responsible for Product Management (Forecasting, Product Replenishment, POSM Management, Registration) that supports new launches and trade marketing. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES CATEGORY & PORFOLIO MANAGEMENT (FOCUS ON MAKE-UP) 1. Demand Forecasting - Ensure accuracy of product demand forecast and timely submissions for Make-up category. 2. Assortment Management - Manage the full product lifecycle (sellable & non-sellable- POSM & AOG) across all categories.…
