As our Senior Talent Partner, you find and win people with the highest raw intelligence, high agency, deep ownership and low ego for every team, from engineering to sales, operations and finance. You own hiring end to end for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager to signed offer. You work directly with the Head of People and the founders, and you help build a talent function that finds the best people in the market through its own channels, complemented by selected search firms for senior hires.…
