Legal Operations Program Manager, M&A Integrations

We are looking for a high-impact Legal Operations Program Manager to join our expanding Legal Operations Team and sit at the center of our mergers & acquisitions (M&A) activity! This is a strategy-to-execution role focused on post-acquisition integration: bringing acquired companies’ legal teams, legal entities, contracts, litigation and matters, outside counsel relationships, and compliance obligations into the Lyft Legal organization.
